This year’s Spectators’ Choice Award went to a true head-turner: a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr owned by Dave Jackson. From the moment this car rolled into the show it commanded your attention, and it was clear why the crowd fell in love with it.
Finished in a brilliant, glossy, canary yellow, this Zephyr features a rare custom Scrapes body — one of only 12 ever built. The smooth, flowing lines give it a sleek, almost futuristic presence while still honoring its classic roots. Adding to its custom appeal are suicide doors, a perfect air ride suspension that gives it an aggressive yet elegant stance, and the retention of the original 1939 Zephyr dashboard for that authentic vintage touch.
This car perfectly balances custom craftsmanship with classic Lincoln elegance. The vibrant color, flawless bodywork, and thoughtful details made it impossible to ignore — and clearly made a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
